Retreat Policy Summary

Deposit: €400 deposit secures your spot (non-refundable).

Balance: Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat.

Cancellations:

60+ days before → deposit non-refundable, other payments refunded.

30–59 days before → 50% refund (excluding deposit).

Less than 30 days before → no refund.

Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.

Organizer cancellations: If Almamana cancels (minimum 8 participants not met or force majeure), you’ll receive a full refund of all payments.

Responsibility: You join at your own risk; Almamana is not liable for accidents, illness, travel issues, or lost property.
