Meet the Founder
I’m Vlora Ramadani, founder of Almamana.

My work brings together over a decade of experience in branding, coaching, and creative leadership, shaped by living and working across cultures and navigating both performance-driven environments and inner transitions myself.
​
I understand what it feels like when external demands are high, but inner clarity is missing. When the mind is busy, yet direction feels unclear. That lived experience informs the way I guide others today.
​
Creativity has always been a language for me. A way to reconnect with intuition, express what feels difficult to name, and return to the heart when life becomes loud.
With certifications in yoga and hypnosis, and years of experience guiding individuals, teams, and groups, I support people in learning to work with their mind, body, and inner world rather than against them.
