• Memberships & coaching

• Retreats & workshops

2. Services

​

• We provide educational and wellbeing services.

• Our services are not medical or therapeutic treatments.

• You are responsible for your health and participation.

3. Pricing & Payment

​

• Prices are shown in Euro.

• Payment is required in advance.

• Invoices follow Kosovo tax law.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

​

Digital Products & Courses

• EU customers: 14-day withdrawal right unless waived for immediate access.

• No refunds once content is fully accessed.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellation rules are listed on each event page.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Liability

​

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Participation is at your own risk.

• Almamana is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses.

• For digital products, liability is limited to the price paid.

7. Intellectual Property

​

• All content remains the property of Almamana.

• No reproduction, sharing, or resale without written permission.

8. Data Protection

​

We process personal data according to our [Privacy Policy].

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
Disputes fall under Kosovo courts.

10. Retreat Terms & Conditions
 

By booking a retreat with Almamana L.L.C., you agree to the following conditions:
 

10.1 Booking & Payment
 

• A non-refundable deposit of €400 is required to secure your place.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

• If full payment is not received by this deadline, Almamana reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund of the deposit.

10.2 Cancellations by Participant

If you cancel your booking, the following policy applies:
 

• More than 60 days before the retreat: Deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments will be refunded.

• 30–59 days before the retreat: 50% of the retreat fee (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund will be issued.

• You may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval from Almamana.

10.3 Cancellations by Organizer

Almamana reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat if:

• Minimum participant numbers are not met, or

• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) make it impossible to safely run the retreat.

In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made (including the deposit). Almamana is not responsible for additional costs such as flights, visas, travel insurance, or other expenses.

 

10.4 Travel & Insurance
 

• Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own travel, visas, and transportation.

• Comprehensive travel and health insurance (including trip cancellation and medical coverage) is strongly recommended.

• Almamana does not accept liability for travel delays, missed connections, or other travel-related issues.
  
   

10.5 Health & Participation

• By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in yoga, meditation, and retreat activities.

• You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions in advance.

• Participation is at your own risk, and Almamana accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of property.
  
   

10.6 Force Majeure

Almamana is not liable for refunds or compensation if cancellation or changes are caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, etc.). In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the retreat or offer credit toward a future event.

10.7 Use of Media
 

• Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat and used for Almamana marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials).

• If you prefer not to appear in such media, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
  ​

10.8 Governing Law

These retreat terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Kosovo.

 

11. Updates

We may change these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be on our website.
